![]() This beginnings of another crop of new leaves is coming along well. A cutting taken from this area on 5/22 (as with previous cuttings) has resulted in a little explosion of new growth. I've already begun turning the rest of the plant above into cuttings. The base of this main stem is just to thin and can't support the growth above. So I will sever this plant just above this new growth after these leaves develop a little more. (picture taken on 6/17). ![]() I should have given the other side equal lighting. I probably will after the surgery above. |

![]() A leaf from up above on this plant. I find these darker green velvety leaves to be the most potent on this plant. (taken on 6/17) ![]() This is the cutting taken from the plant pictured above. As it was rooting, it's leaves grew a little larger, and two new leaves popped out, which I pinched off. I traded those two leaves for 4, and those 4 are showing signs of turning into 8, and the two that I pinched off are being replaced (and two more below this are popping out). This plant has already been assigned a new adoptive parent, and will be shipped when it tells me it's ready. |
